Hot Stuff

Defcon Sauces has a few levels of hot for those who like a higher level of spicy.  Between Habanero, Peri Peri, Scorpion, and Reaper peppers, our sauces start with a buffalo base and add in different peppers to bring both flavors and levels of heat for those who want to take the ride.  What we call hot can sometimes exceed what others call hot however our first and foremost direction is to provide you with flavor first and bring the heat in with the different peppers.

We also have several dry rubs that have been designed to bring you a level of heat without the extract back end.  Our Contaminated Soil is simply a mix of a number of peppers, mostly hots like habanero, scorpion, African bird, Jalapeno, Reaper, and a few others.  It's great for a hot rub or to be added into a chili where you want more heat but don't want the extract.  Each of the peppers brings a flavor to the party.  Add a little or a lot, it's all up to you.  As for the Malum Allium (Evil Garlic) it's just got a little scorpion and bird to bring a little bite to a strong garlic rub but won't kill you.
